Maison Pierre Marcolini was established in Brussels in 1995 by Pierre Marcolini, a chocolatier renowned for his exceptional savoir-faire and his engaged approach. A pioneer of the bean-to-bar movement, he is a master of the entire chocolate fabrication process, beginning with the bean itself.

Pierre Marcolini is the creative director of the brand, prized not only for its chocolates but for its ethical choices and its sourcing of the finest cacao directly from independent producers in Brazil, Cuba, Ecuador, Peru and Madagascar. Other rare ingredients complement the prestigious cacao selection: pink peppercorns from Morocco, pistachios from Iran, Sichuan pepper, vanilla from Madagascar, Sicilian lemon, cinnamon from Sri Lanka, hazelnuts from Piedmont.

Pierre Marcolini proposes exceptional chocolates and other delicacies, as well as his famed macarons. Today the brand has more than 30 stores in numerous countries including Belgium, France, the UK, Monaco, Japan and China, where the chocolatier is idolised.
