For his latest Easter collection, Pierre Marcolini takes us to an enchanted garden full of playful rabbits for a fabulous egg hunt. Nestled among the high grasses and fields of daisies, rabbit ears peep out from chocolate shells. Traditionally made petit praline eggs come in a variety of new flavours.
And when the time comes to taste these beautiful creations, the finest cocoa beans have been selected to create a new house chocolate. Blending Cameroonian Forastero and Cuban Trinitario, the most Parisian of chocolatiers makes the moment all the more memorable.
