Pierre Marcolini celebrates the summer season with a colourful and fruity cocktail. The Pastel Collection fuses refreshing citrus flavours with the smoothness of exceptional Maison chocolate. The result sparkles with freshness and cheerfulness like a fine summer’s day.For a summer treat, the liveliness of fresh fruit pulp and tangy zest coated in Maison dark chocolate made using cocoa from Cuba and Cameroon.
Like a painter working with colours from his palette, the most Parisian of Belgian chocolatiers has taken inspiration from a spectrum of citrus fruits to create six distinctive recipes for sharing:
